How to Claim Rebate
1. Purchase qualifying product(s) from Integrity Overhead Door.
2. Complete the online claim form at https://rebates.clopaydoor.com for eligible purchases made between November 29, 2024 and February 28, 2025.
3. Upload a clear scan or digital image of your sales receipt. The door model name must be clearly noted on the sales receipt for each eligible Clopay door that is purchased.
4. Upload a clear scan or digital image of your QR Code label and serial number located on the bottom of the door. The product serial number(s) must be entered during claim submission.
